What You Can Automate Today
Instead of running manual reports, you can now “set it and forget it.” Think about the impact:
- Welcome New Members Automatically: Create a workflow that runs daily to find anyone who registered in the last 7 days and automatically add a “Newbie” tag.
- Identify Your Top Performers: Set up a workflow to run on the 1st of every month, find everyone with 5+ activities, and give them a “Top Performer” tag.
- Keep Your Data Clean: Automatically remove an “Onboarding” tag after a user has been in the program for 14 days.
- Manage Ambassador Status: When a “Prospect” completes their first activity, have a workflow automatically replace their tag with “Active Ambassador.”
