Since it was founded in 2015, CrewFire has helped hundreds of brands build ambassador communities that increase reach, engagement and sales. This alignment with our own mission and complimentary product features make this acquisition a great fit.
We look forward to welcoming CrewFire’s team and customers to the BrandChamp family. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be migrating CrewFire’s customers over to BrandChamp’s platform.
As part of the acquisition, we will also integrate CrewFire’s community features into our platform to improve ambassador engagement, referral sales and customer lifetime value. For brands, this will provide an easy way to share reminders, post updates, gather feedback, and even engage directly with ambassadors. Ambassadors will also be able to connect with each other, share ideas, ask questions, and build relationships within the community.
