Founded in 2018, American Dream Nut Butter (ADNB) is a health-conscious, family-run business that makes peanut, almond, and cashew butters in a variety of delectable flavors. Founder Lea Hurley, a health and fitness enthusiast, sources every ingredient herself, resulting in low-sugar, low-carb, high-protein, and gluten-free products
ADNB’S high-quality nut butters have passionate customers lining up to be a part of their brand ambassador community. We talked with Tasha Braniff, Marketing Manager, and Savannah Butler, Influencer/Marketing Specialist, about how BrandChamp makes managing — and scaling — their brand ambassador program a breeze.
Pre-BrandChamp Challenges
Initially, ADNB had a bare-bones affiliate program that rewarded members with discount codes. To help manage it, they signed up with an influencer marketing software and instantly felt like they were in over their heads. The biggest pain point that Savannah and Tasha faced was with ambassador rewards.
Having to manually send hundreds of brand ambassadors their rewards at the end of every month was extremely time-consuming. It simply wasn’t working.

Savannah and Tasha came to us eager to grow their program and make it better. They really wanted to give their ambassadors more interesting incentives than just discount codes, to bring their community together, and to encourage more user-generated content.

Victory loves preparation — and so does American Dream Nut Butter!
One key factor in ADNB’s ambassador program success is Tasha and Savannah’s behind-the-scenes preparation work. To encourage user-generated content, Savannah shares a content calendar with brand ambassadors every month.
She includes all relevant “national days” like Brownie Day, Cocoa Day, or Pancake Day. She says, “We go above and beyond to give ambassadors direction with social media content, so they have no excuse not to have something to talk about.”
Savannah also identifies trending audio and incentivizes ambassadors to create short videos for Instagram and TikTok featuring ADNB products along with the popular audio.
Once ambassadors share content to their personal pages, ADNB will select the best, most on-brand photos and videos to post on the company’s main account. And — an amazing problem to have — they have a lot to choose from!

So, what’s next for their ambassador program?
Savannah explains, “Our goal is to grow. We know that the more ambassadors we have, the more opportunity there is. That said, we still want ambassadors to feel connected to our community. With BrandChamp, we’re able to scale our program but still have it feel personal for ambassadors. We want to make sure the people who consistently engage with us, create amazing content, and drive sales have exclusive access to special rewards.”
In 2023, ADNB’s program grew by an astounding 98%, and brand ambassadors submitted more than 21,000 pieces of user-generated content. From 2022 – 2023, referral sales grew by more than 28%. In other words, Savannah and Tasha are well on their way to fulfilling their dream to scale ADNB!
