To bring awareness to the brand, Kaged Muscle recruited ambassadors; however, this idea was not without its challenges.
Kaged Muscle initially chose the ambassador program, ReadyPulse, now known as Expert Voice, to launch campaigns. Analytics were often unreliable or false, promised benefits weren’t being delivered, and a handful of emails sent through the platform never got properly delivered.
